Terms of Service

The service

WhizzTrack is stock management software for car dealerships, provided by [operator legal name — to be added], a company registered in [jurisdiction — to be added]. A dealership that signs up gets its own account, with its own stock, customers, staff logins and invoice numbering — none of it visible to any other dealership.

Trial

Signing up starts a 14-day trial with everything switched on and no card required. When it ends, the account locks: every car, sale and invoice stays exactly where it was, and nothing is deleted, but adding or changing stock is not possible until the subscription is sorted out. Taking payment automatically is not wired up yet — while that is the case, this is handled by hand, and the screen says so rather than pointing at a card form that does not work.

Pricing

Priced on stock held, not cars sold and not per user — a number you can read off the stock list on any given day.

TierStockPrice
EntryUp to 30 cars£55/month
StandardUp to 75 cars£85/month
UnlimitedNo limit£130/month

Every screen is available on every tier — tiers only govern how much stock an account can hold at once. Going over what a tier covers is a nudge to move up, never a lock: it is never a reason to stop a dealership adding a car to its own stock book.

Data, and what happens if you leave

We act as a data processor for the customer records a dealership holds — see the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement for what that means. Sale and invoice records are kept for six years regardless of subscription status, because HMRC requires it — a lapsed account is not a reason to destroy that record. Settings includes a download of everything in a dealership's own book, which stays available even while an account is locked.

What you upload

A vehicle’s photos, its provenance check, its V5C — a dealership warrants it has the right to upload whatever it puts on a vehicle’s record, and stays responsible for it. We do not claim ownership of anything uploaded; we store it, on the dealership’s instruction, for as long as the vehicle record exists or the law requires it to be kept.

Between dealerships

Every dealership’s stock, customers, prices, and figures belong to that dealership alone. No other dealership using WhizzTrack can see them — enforced by the software itself, the same way a query cannot accidentally return another dealership’s data. We do not share one dealership’s figures, margins, or transaction volumes with another, or with anyone outside the dealership’s own account.

Compliance wording

The margin scheme wording, the Consumer Rights Act statement, and the vehicle data printed on an invoice are controlled by the software and cannot be edited by a dealership, however they restyle the rest of their paperwork. This exists to stop a dealership producing a non-compliant invoice through no fault of their own — it is not something support can turn off on request.

Liability

[Operator to add, with a solicitor: the usual limitation-of-liability, warranty and indemnity terms appropriate for software that stores a dealership's financial and compliance records.]

Contact

[Operator to add: a real contact email or address for account and billing queries.]
